By 1990, they had produced 350 units of the Grinnall TR8, which was based on the Triumph TR8. In 1991, Grinnall started manufacturing three-wheelers, commonly referred to as Trikes. The development of the Scorpion III began in 1992, followed by the Scorpion IV in 1998.
